Servo motor vertical type PUR low pressure molding machine is designed for electronics products modding. PUR hot-melt adhesive low-pressure injection process is a process in which PUR hot-melt adhesive is heated to liquid status under the condition of inhibiting chemical reaction and injected into the mold set cavity with a very low pressure, then cooled to solidify. Then, by means of the moisture in the air and the moisture attached to the surface of the adhesive body, it can react with the chain to expand, and form the polymer with high cohesion (chemical reaction), which further significantly improves the heat resistance and low temperature resistance of the adhesive force.
